It is possible for you to undergo an incredible physical and mental transformation in less than 90 days without stepping out of your home or spending more than 20 minutes of your day.

The only equipment necessary is a kettlebell which researchers have discovered is the single greatest fat loss tool on the planet and the only skill you need is the ability to swing it. It‘s a simple skill and we have certified kettlebell instructors who will quickly teach it to you at home.

The Kettlebell Swing will dramatically build your overall strength, burn fat and blast your cardio conditioning with serious intensity. The two-handed swing motion is therapeutic for your back and spine and works the neglected posterior chain muscles and your butt.

The swing is also regarded by most fitness experts as literally the best exercise available to you so regardless of age, gender, size or level of strength, there is an extraordinary kettlebell experience just waiting for you.

It’s also a lot of fun. It’s just fun swingin’ stuff around.

But maybe you’re in the middle of a GYM EXPERIENCE and you want to stick with it because you’ve made a long term commitment, invested some serious cash and you think dumbbells are fun. It can be easily done at home but not so easily done without proper support and sometimes that can be a little scarce around the house. And that, of course, is why we are here. All we care about is you and your kettlebell.



You will be professionally scanned for body composition to find out exactly what you’re made of and what needs attention and how you changed during your transformation.

We will develop a 90 day progressive program for you based on your specific level of strength and flexibility. We will help you find the perfect space in your house for your new activity and we’ll make sure you are prepared for the coming challenge.

You will be coached throughout the process and monitored via Skype because a picture’s worth a thousand words. We will be available online to answer questions, offer suggestions or make a house call if it's needed.

Most importantly, you will know you are not alone and when you finish you will have the knowledge and skill to keep yourself fit for life.

A food log is also required. No one is going to tell you what and what not to eat but whatever it is, you need to own it. You also have to share it with us so we can make suggestions, right some wrongs or just trade recipes.

The time spent actually working with the bell varies but never exceeds 20 minutes a day and usually in morning and afternoon segments of 10 minutes.

The priority here is to keep the work load comfortable so the body can fully recover and be ready for the next day’s challenge. Proper recovery is the key to your success. 90 days is a long journey regardless of the rewards.
